Terms and CONDITIONS - Dakota Historic Arms
NOTICE/WARNING:
Purchasers assume all liability contingent to the use of firearms, ammunition, and other merchandise purchased from Dakota Historic Arms. All weapons sold as antiques or collector’s items and are not guaranteed as safe or in functioning order and are not intended for actual use.
All firearms are pre-1898 and conform to federal laws. If your state, county, city or country requires a permit, please enclose with your order. No firearms are sold to minors. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check their local laws as to the legality of owning the item before buying it.
Lay-Aways
- We offer a 60 day Lay-Away.
- Down payment must be received within 5 business days.
- 1/3 down, 1/3 due in 30 days and final payment due in 60 days
- There is NO inspection period on Lay-Aways
- No returns on any layaway item
- All Lay-Aways must be paid-in-full within 60 days. Lay-Aways not claimed in 60 days and returned items are subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the purchase price of the item(s).
- Lay-Aways returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- No refunds on shipping costs.
- Refunds on cancelled purchases are less 15% restocking fee.
Return Policy:
- We give a three-day inspection period. (This does NOT apply to Lay-Aways.)
- We must receive the merchandise back in the same condition as we shipped it to qualify to receive a refund.
- We refund the purchase price of the merchandise only. No refunds on shipping costs.
- DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Have a no return policy.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the laws of their city/state regarding the legality of receiving any item. Items seized by agencies/customs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There will be no refund on any item(s) not returned to Dakota Historic Arms.
PAYMENT:
- We accept:
- All major credit cards. Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- Money Orders and Cashier Checks.
- Personal Checks and shipping will follow in 10 business days.
Payment must be received in 5 business days. DISCOUNTED ITEMS: Have a no return policy. LAYAWAYS: 1/3 down, 1/3 due in 30 days, and final payment due in 60 days. No returns on any layaway item. Lay-Aways returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All orders must be accompanied by payment within 5 business days.
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Buyer pays all shipping and insurance expenses. Please enclose shipping cost with your order. We recommend FedEx whenever possible. Make your decision as to how you want your order shipped and insured accordingly.
